H+W Fixtures for GenRad AccelerATE 228X, Stinger, and Viper Automated Board Handler Test Systems

The IPTE, "Teradyne" configured MFT-19", Multi Functional Test Handler

H+W Test Products has developed, with close assistance directly from GenRad & IPTE, a fixture series for Automated Board Handler systems. Each fixture assembly is manufactured to a tight tolerance range that enables any part of the fixture to be easily interchanged.

HOW TO ORDER H+W, ABH FIXTURES
There are two (2) major component assemblies that make up a complete H+W fixture for ABH systems.
1) Upper Head Assembly
2) Base Assembly

These component assemblies are purchased separately. This allows the finisher (user) to stock a mix of Base and Upper Head Assemblies without having to first determine which combination is required for a particular job. As with all H+W Test Products fixtures, the ABH assemblies are in stock and available to ship the same day.

Upper Head Assembly Options
PZ12101 - Upper Head Assembly, Long Stroke
(Used with either base assembly)
This needs to be adjusted to the width of the PCB.
Modification and assembly instructions are included.

(20) PZ12404 - Long Press on Rods
(1) PZ12405 - Connector Jig Assembly
PZ12102 - Upper Head Assembly, Top Side Probing
(Used with either base assembly)
This needs to be adjusted to the width of the PCB.
Modification and assembly instructions are included.
