H+W Fixtures for IPTE ABH Handlers
have been APPROVED by: GenRad, IPTE, Teradyne &
Teradyne/Spectrum
H+W Test Products has developed, with close assistance directly from IPTE,
AoT, an Engineering innovative fixture series for the PA506x ABH system. Each fixture
assembly is manufactured to a tight tolerance range that enables any part of the fixture
to be easily interchanged.
HOW TO ORDER H+W, IPTE
PA506x FIXTURES

There are three (3) major component assemblies that
make up a complete H+W fixture for IPTE PA506x ABH systems.
1) Base Assembly
2) Upper Head Assembly
3) Interface Assembly
These component assemblies are purchased separately. The Base Assembly and
the Upper Head Assembly are not ATE tester specific. This allows the finisher (user) to
stock a mix of Base and Upper Head Assemblies without having to first determine for which
ATE System it is destined. The Interface Assemblies can be purchased from H+W at the time
of need. As with all H+W Test Products fixtures, the IPTE PA506x assemblies are in stock
and available to ship the same day. |
